Ingredients
1/2 lb pasta (your choice)
2 chicken breasts, sliced
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 tbsp olive oil
1/4 cup grated parmesan
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
1. Boil pasta according to package directions and drain.
2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
3. Add garlic and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant.
4. Add sliced chicken, season with salt and pepper, and sauté until cooked through.
5. Toss cooked pasta into the skillet with chicken and stir in parmesan.
6. Plate and garnish with parsley before serving.
Notes
Use rotisserie chicken for an even quicker version.
Add cherry tomatoes or spinach for extra color and flavor.
